Under the Shadow of the Cross

Isa.32.18

I have trusted in a Savior that can save me,

I am resting under the shadow of the cross;

When I trusted, oh, the bliss and joy it gave me,

I am resting under the shadow of the cross.

Under the shadow of the cross I am resting,

And securely Jesus lets me there abide.

There has been within my soul a new creation,

I am resting under the shadow of the cross;

Blessed thought, to feel the full and free salvation,

I am resting under the shadow of the cross.

Oh, I love to tell the sweet and wondrous story,

I am resting under the shadow of the cross;

Of salvation through a Savior rich in glory,

I am resting under the shadow of the cross.
